Hi, My name is Corey "Flash" Miller. I started armwrestling in 2003 and have been "Rolling" ever since. throughout school i competed in many sports and never really found one that fit me other than wrestling. after quiting wrestling my junior year of highschool i went on a lifting spree and by the end of my senior year i was weighing 145pds and benching 305pds. i always thought of my self as strong for my size so i thought i be good at armwrestling. my very first tournament i competed at was the cowboy state games, where i met devin bear and Gayoln russel. i had no idea what i was doing and soon relized that strength wasn't everthing, but i knew one thing if i was going to win i had to be faster than anyone else. i took that to heart and trained my self to be fast and watched a ton of videos to improve my skills. i then started the Cheyenne armwrestling club in 2004 with the help of ny friend JC. Together we have created the biggest team in Wyoming and its still growing. I am currently ranked 3rd right handed and 4th left handed, at 143pds in the nation.
